Congresswoman Mayra Flores, the first Mexican-born American Congresswoman in our nation’s history, was denied entry into the Congressional Hispanic Caucus this week. Mayra expressed disappointment with the Caucus in the following statement:

Laurel Lee served for three and half years as Secretary of State under Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. During her tenure as Secretary of State, Lee worked to strengthen Florida’s elections infrastructure and cybersecurity defenses and was recognized as a national leader on election policy and security.


Prior to serving in the DeSantis administration, Laurel served as a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida, appointed by then-Governor Rick Scott. Laurel previously served as a federal prosecutor for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Florida.
Laurel recently joined Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and fellow E-PAC GOP woman Anna Paulina Luna at a massive rally to help Get Out The Vote!
