John, we’re at risk.
Yesterday, I launched a 48-hour fundraising goal of raising 1,000 individual grassroots contributions.
Now, we’re just about 12 hours away from the deadline, and we’re only about halfway there.
If we can’t raise the money we need, we won’t be able to fund our TV ads, and my well-funded and extreme opponents will completely drown us out.
But we’ve got to pull out all the stops. We can’t let our opponents go unanswered on TV, and we’ve got to make sure every Chicagoan knows about our vision for our city.
