Hey John, I know you’re probably getting a lot of emails about the upcoming election on November 8th, so I’ll keep it brief.

This Election Day, November 8th, will decide the future of climate progress. And this year your vote may make all the difference! 

Midterm elections are notorious for low turnout, which is why we want to make sure that you don’t miss your chance to be heard at the polls.

 

By signing up you'll not only get a reminder on Election Day, you’ll also directly support our voter turnout programs by letting us know we can count on you. This means we can redirect our limited resources to other voters who need additional pushes to cast their ballots. Plus, we will send you voting reminders based on your plan.

P.P.S. Did you know that simply making a plan to vote and writing it down increases a voter’s likelihood of voting by 10%?

Make sure to decide when you will vote (early ballot, day of, time of day, etc.), how you will vote (by mail, in person, drop-off location, etc.), how you will get to your polling place (walk, bike, car, transit, etc.), whether you need to bring a snack or some water while you wait in line, what you’ll do in the case of inclement weather, how to work around child-care and your work hours, etc. And make sure the people in your life make their plans - even better, you can plan to vote together! Voting is even more fun with company!
