2022 State Ballot Initiatives on Abortion Rights

This November, four states - California, Michigan, Vermont, and Kentucky - will vote on ballot initiatives related to state constitutional rights to abortion. 

Here’s a summary of each state’s ballot measure, including Montana, which will vote on an abortion-related law.
