What You Will Learn What is a poll tape Why is it helpful for the public to observe these processes ad image the poll tapes Any member of the public has a right to observe certain processes and video-record poll tapes. You do not need to be certified to observe the process and image tapes. We highly recommend taking the training from experienced observers who have successfully imaged poll tapes. The training will teach you how to go out on your own to peacefully and legally video-record poll tapes in your jurisdiction to contribute to the crowd-sourcing of NC poll tape imaging. How to image poll tapes and where to send them What happens to the poll tape images once I’ve uploaded them via the Actual Vote app When and Where to image poll tapes o HAPPENING SOON: After logic & accuracy testing at all county BOE offices o During 1st absentee meeting prior to scanning ballots -- At all county BOE offices o 1st day of early voting -- 30 min prior to polls opening (check county for time & locations) o Election day, prior to polls opening (6am) -- At each precinct polling site o Immediately after polls close (7:30pm) -- At each precinct polling site o Election day/night at 2:00pm and/or 7:30 pm -- At County BOE offices/warehouses o AFTER ELECTION: At Board of Elections offices/warehouses as soon as possible to video-record all original, signed tapes that weren’t imaged on election day/night. (ask county Election Director for dates/times to inspect and image the original, signed poll tapes) For a complete list of the FAQs please see [link removed] /Take Action/Poll Tape Project NCSBE Guidance on Public Viewing of Opening & Closing Procedures link to Numbered Memo 2022-14 How to request and image Poll Tapes after an election has occurred. FYI: PROBLEMS OBSERVERS ARE SEEING AT EARLY VOTING You are not alone! It is vital that you write those SEIRS reports. Please include the interaction with the Chief Judge or other the outcome. Read the notes on your SEIRS report. (Click the three lines and Open the Incident to see them. You can also comment and add to your report.) We give you updates on the processing of the Incident and next steps you can take. Poll Observer Problems Reported Across NC 'Chained' restrictions/Restricted Movement Voter Intimidation of Poll Observers (One bad incident in Henderson.) Inability to see the tabulator (On going issue. Continue to report and ask the Judge.) Machine malfunction (They overheat and don't work. Remember, ballots are then placed in the emergency bin.) Scanner malfunction (Don't hold a charge. In process of being fixed.) Machine Count Does not Match the ATV's (Being resolved we hope. Please pay close attention to the counts.) Please remember, your reports are vital. We are going to the NC General Assembly in January with the evidence that they need to firm up language and pass new election statutes. They want proof, we are going to give it to them. Thanks for your heroic efforts. We can't fix our elections without you.

We have discovered a massive Left-wing partisan political activity on college campuses disguised as a voter registration program. It may all be funded with tax dollars from the Biden EO. See attached information sheet. We'll be discussing this Action Plan tonight! Action Plan 1. Find participating colleges and universities in your state on the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge website.[link removed] 2. Find out if there's a "Satellite" voting site on the campus of any of the participating schools. You should be able to find this on the local election office website listing of voting locations. In some cases the campus location will be a regular precinct. 3. For the schools that are participating in "ALL IN" and have a "Satellite" voting location, go to the schools "Campus Voting" web page, and see if there appears to be collaboration between, ALL IN and the local election office. Are they both mentioned on the same web page? Are other sponsors/partners mentioned on the web page? Who are they? 4. Report your findings on the attached report form.[link removed] goal is to find the colleges and universities where there may be collaboration between "ALL IN" and other Left-wing partners, and the local election office. This activity may be funded by tax dollars as outlined in Bidens EO. "ALL IN" is an initiative of Civic Nation, a Left-wing, Non-Profit, run by former Obama staffers.
