Liberian Amnesty Stuffed into NDAA 2020 ([link removed])

Section 7611 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 grants a generous amnesty to Liberian nationals. Sen. Jack Reed (D-R.I.), has stated that this provision will "impact about 4,000 Liberians who have been legally living in the United States," but it will likely "impact" at a minimum thousands more.
