I started VoteVets shortly after returning from Iraq because it was clear the voices of veterans and military families were not well-represented in Congress. More than a decade later, we're at the front of the fight against an authoritarian president leading our country to places once thought unimaginable.

Thanks to your financial support, in 2019 alone we were able to expand our movement to include even more veteran and military households, build broader coalitions to create power on Capitol Hill, and recruit and elect more veterans to office than ever before in our history.

This year, VoteVets PAC endorsed another 14 House and Senate candidates — including top Senate races in Arizona with Mark Kelly, North Carolina with Cal Cunningham, Kentucky’s Amy McGrath and Texas Democrat MJ Hegar.

We also saw two veterans win critical seats in the Virginia State Legislature and veteran Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards win re-election.

And we’ve already invested several million dollars this election cycle toward ending the war and helping progressive candidates.

So, once again: thank you.
