After historic progress this summer in Congress and with the ATF, we’re hard at work continuing the fight for a safer America.

Amongst other things, we’re fiercely attacking the spread of ghost guns—homemade, untraceable firearms—across the country, since ATF’s new ghost gun rule didn’t go far enough to stop the flow of these deadly weapons at their source. We’re pushing ATF to live up to its obligation to regulate these weapons as what they are: guns.

After the Supreme Court’s radical majority issued its ruling in Bruen earlier this year, allowing more people to carry concealed, loaded handguns in public, states haven’t had a clear understanding of where their own gun laws stand. Our experts are on the ground and in court, preventing the gun lobby from endangering even more lives with their extreme reading of the Court’s new rules.
