AHS is pleased to see MM housing types up to 8-plexes remain under consideration. AHS opposes an annual cap that would limit the development of MM housing. AHS expects a draft of the General Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance language in early November with the MM housing Framework and zoning language to go before the County Board in December or January.

Community Input Needed on Langston Boulevard Preliminary Concept Plan
In case you missed it, Arlington County has shared the Preliminary Concept Plan (PCP) for the Langston Boulevard corridor. Affordable housing advocates can:

- Check out the Plan Langston Boulevard website for design studio and pop-up opportunities, plus past meeting recordings
- Express concern that the PCP falls short by 850 units of affordable housing promised for the Langston Boulevard corridor in the County's 2015 Affordable Housing Master Plan
