Linda Cooper-Suggs is running for re-election to represent State House District 24. She’s a former educator with deep ties to Eastern North Carolina — including obtaining her Master’s Degree at East Carolina University after college at NC A&T State University. In her two years in office, Linda has supported efforts to improve educational opportunities for all NC students no matter their zip code and expand Medicaid so every North Carolinian can access the health care they need. She’s ready to keep working hard to deliver for our state next year.
Brian Farkas represents State House District 9 and is running for re-election to keep up his hard work for Eastern North Carolinians. He was raised in Pitt County, graduated from NC public schools all the way through UNC, and works for his family’s small business. First elected in 2020, Brian has proven his bipartisan leadership on issues from strengthening public education to protecting our climate to ensuring every North Carolinian has access to the quality health care — including mental health care — they need. His vote is critical to expanding Medicaid and more!
