You might have missed the news that broke on Christmas Eve <[link removed]>: The Ohio Supreme Court has agreed to weigh in on whether the HB6 referendum effort should get 38 more days to collect petition signatures. Jeremy Pelzer reports:

"It’s unclear what the court’s opinion will be. Three justices – Pat DeWine, Pat Fischer, and Judith French – have recused themselves from the case <[link removed]>, meaning three state appeals court judges will be temporarily seated in their place."
