McConnell has led the charge to gut Obamacare, force through conservative judges at record speed and confirm extremists to lifetime appointments on the Supreme Court.

(Seriously, who could forget how he blocked the confirmation of President Obama's nominee Merrick Garland – or how he forced through far-right Justice Brett Kavanaugh?)
