When we turn out to vote, we win. In the last two elections, surge
voters—largely young people and voters of color voting for the first
time—powered a blue wave and then enabled us to defeat Donald Trump and
win control of both houses of Congress for the first time in a decade.
If these voters and new first-time voters turn out again this year, we'll
stop MAGA Republicans from taking over the House and Senate and key
positions up and down the ballot.
That's why we're so excited to announce that we're partnering with NextGen
America to present "Our Future Is Now," a get-out-the-vote rally tour with
musical performances and special guests including Bernie Sanders to
energize and mobilize young voters to the polls!
The tour includes nine concerts in five critical battleground states
across the country that will feature music, comedy, and electrifying
special guest speakers including Senator Sanders, as we get fired up to
protect our rights and freedom at the ballot box.
We want to make sure that everyone can enjoy the concerts and rallies, so
tickets are FREE! But that means we need your help to cover the costs of
venue rentals, security, stage and sound equipment, and more. The total
price tag is $1 million, and with the first three concerts happening this
weekend, we don't have any time to waste.

John, in 2020, young voters turned out in record numbers,
helped defeat Trump, and propelled Democrats to victory—including a Senate
majority. These wins allowed Democrats to fight climate change, lower drug
prices, tackle student debt, take on unjust marijuana convictions, tax
huge corporations, and confirm Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
And in just 11 days, we need to turn out young voters once again so we can
defeat the MAGA GOP and expand Democratic control with real progressive
champions ready to fight for all of us.
Which is why we teamed up with NextGen America—a key group in youth voter
outreach—and Sen. Sanders to plan this barnstorming concert tour.
The youth vote can determine the outcome of the 2022 midterms. With so
many issues that disproportionately affect this generation on the line,
including abortion access, student debt, and climate change, we need to
energize students and young folks in key cities and states around the
country to vote in the upcoming election and showcase the power of every
vote.
Our concerts and rallies will tap into the enthusiasm among young voters
and bring them together to energize them and help ensure they get out to
the polls—and bring their communities with them! From Pittsburgh to Reno
to Ann Arbor, we'll be in some of the most important cities and states
that will determine the outcome of the midterm elections.
