I know this is last minute, but I called some friends today and asked if they'd be willing to be part of our Defend Democracy Get Out the Vote Rally on Thursday night -- and they said "Let's do it!"

What does it mean to defend democracy? What are the current threats? How do we best identify and support pro-democracy candidates? What power does each individual, regardless of background or walk of life, hold? How can we channel that power at the ballot box? What really matters here on Earth and how do we pursue it together?

We'll explore those questions and have a great time.
