If you think having Rand Paul and Dr. Oz in the room with you and your doctor while you’re viewing your ultrasound is disgusting, I should be your candidate for Senate in Kentucky.
Rand Paul and Dr. Oz have said for decades that they want to outlaw abortion at the local, state, and federal levels.
Now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned, they’re going to do just that -- and thrust themselves (and the rest of the government) into your doctor’s office and your personal business.
Let me be clear: The government should not be in the business of enforcing personal beliefs on others.
Look, my mom had two ectopic pregnancies -- she's told her story of nearly dying because she couldn't get the health care she needed.
This is a complicated issue. And we can’t allow the government to decide who gets health care and who doesn’t.
