Dear John,
As a mother, all you ever want is to be there for your daughter.
To support her when she’s struggling … to hug her when she’s hurting … to help her when she’s in need.
My daughter’s school robbed me of that right as a parent.
They intentionally kept me in the dark. They made the decisions about what was “healthy” for my daughter. They made the decisions about how to keep my child “safe.” And their decisions were dead wrong.
They didn’t even tell me when the lies they fed my daughter led to her to have thoughts of hurting herself!
How could I be there to help my baby girl when they’ve conditioned her to believe that I “can’t be trusted”?
Not only did these teachers lie to my face … they convinced my daughter to lie to me as well. They drove a wedge inside our family.
I’m her mother, they aren’t!
But they didn’t even give me a chance.
This “Parental Secrecy Policy” my daughter’s school created is dangerous, and it’s wrong. Parents make the decisions for their children, not woke teachers acting in secret!
I hope my lawsuit can set things right for other families.
On behalf of myself and my daughter, Harmeet Dhillon and her colleagues at the Center for American Liberty have put together a strong case against the school district, the principal, and the two teachers.
If you are a parent or grandparent, I think you’ll understand the impact a case like this could have to protect children nationwide.
I hope you’ll support Center for American Liberty and our case in any way you can.
Thank you for listening to our story.
Sincerely,
Jessica Konen
