Dear John,

It’s hard to believe, but the decade ends tomorrow! We’re so grateful to all who have donated already and helped to get us close to our $50,000 goal! We need to raise these funds before the end of the year to support our initiatives in 2020, which include:

• Continuing to work with states and innovating technology to streamline the registration and absentee ballot request process
• Launching an ambassador and volunteer program that uses relational organizing to reach 250,000 friends and family in communities of color
• Growing our latest initiative, Brands for Democracy, to reach young people where there are and to shift the culture that promotes civic participation
• Demystifying the policies that affect voting rights and fighting for young people’s access to democracy

With nearly 9 million people turning 18 before the 2020 presidential election, Gen Z and Millennials will comprise nearly 40% of the electorate, and have the power to determine the future of our communities and our country.
