Friend: When speaking to the voters of our state, my GOP opponent has been trying to pretend she’s not a puppet of Donald Trump – but her extremist record and recent pilgrimage to genuflect before him tell a very different story.

Take a look at her just this month as the disgraced former president hosts a fundraiser for her at Mar-a-Lago:

Time and time again, my extremist opponent has proven how dangerously out of step she is with the people of Connecticut: She called the Jan. 6 attack on our Capitol “legitimate political discourse,” and there’s no doubt she would be a rubber stamp for Mitch McConnell, Donald Trump, and the GOP’s extreme, anti-abortion agenda.

But with national Republicans working overtime to prop up her campaign and smear me with false attacks – just days before the election – we’re stepping up our efforts to fight back and protect this seat.

If the GOP wins here, McConnell will retake control of the Senate – and with everything from reproductive freedom to voting rights on the line, there’s simply too much at stake to fall short.

So, Friend, I need your help now more than ever. Can I count on you to step up and donate $5 by midnight tonight to help us fend off the GOP’s attacks, reach our $25,000 goal, and keep the Senate out of the hands of Mitch McConnell?
