I need to ask you to make a donation to my campaign before the end-of-year FEC deadline. Can you give me a chance to explain why your support is so important right now?
Unlike most Senate campaigns, we didn’t shut down our operation after Election Day. Instead, we still have staff organizing around our shared values to help grow our movement across the country. We still have fundraising goals that we need to hit to keep that work going.
Now, the goals are modest. But with the impeachment trial set to start in January, I won’t have time to pay attention to our campaign’s fundraising.
This is a defining moment for our country and our democracy. As a senator, I’ll be a juror, and I need to be fully focused on that process.
That’s why it’s critical that we hit our goal ahead of the FEC deadline, and the only way we’ll do that is with your help.
