"There are many physiological differences between male and female athletes, as well as a large distinction between men’s and women’s sports, particularly volleyball. The speed of the men’s game is faster. The fastest serve in men’s volleyball is 83 mph; whereas the female’s record is 62.8 mph. The men’s net is exactly 7 1/2 inches higher than the women’s, and the men’s average height for players is 6 inches higher than the women’s. This is not only about fairness but it’s very much about safety."

Over the weekend, President Biden claimed states have no right to restrict irreversible treatments like puberty blockers, wrong-sex hormones, and surgeries for children who feel uncomfortable in their bodies. “I don’t think any state or anybody should have the right to do that," Biden told TikTok creator and transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney during a NowThis News interview. "As a moral question or as a legal question, I just think it’s wrong."
What's wrong is the politicization and medicalization of vulnerable gender-questioning youth and betraying parental rights. Instead of pushing for "gender-affirming care," the president should empower parents to seek the right answers and care for their children. Watch "Identity Crisis"

After BlackRock went all-in for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) advocacy in investing, it appears the world’s financial asset manager is now suffering the consequences for embracing stakeholder capitalism. A recent survey found that 55% of CFOs oppose the Security and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) proposed Scope 3 rules, and 45% of respondents supported Republican governors banning ESG considerations in state pension funds. Financial asset managers would be wise to not follow in BlackRock’s footsteps. Read More.

A Virginia mom of a child who identifies as transgender is speaking out in support of new school guidance released by the state’s Gov. Glenn Youngkin. The guidance seeks to restore fundamental parental rights. Youngkin’s policy addresses the question of whether parents have the right to make key decisions for their children within the education system.
Previously, Virginia schools were encouraging students to “transition” without consulting or informing their rightful legal guardians. Under Youngkin’s new guidance, parents are explicitly involved.

Of all the ramifications of President Biden’s student loan bailout, shockingly little has been said about the fact that eligibility for loan cancellation is not contingent on being an upstanding citizen. People who are supposed to be paying their debt to society instead have society pay off their debts. This is wrong.

Across our society and government institutions, Americans understandably struggled to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Some mitigation strategies were effective and helpful. Others — even those that may have been initially warranted — stayed in place far too long and have been abused. This is the case with the Department of Health and Human Services Determination of a Public Health Emergency and a related continuous enrollment requirement for the Medicaid program.
