John,

TODAY, we are taking major action in federal appeals court.

Angry atheists and anti-Christian Leftists have long been abusing the federal court system and local governments to ban public prayer and shut down churches. Could your church be next?

When California tried to use the pandemic to shut down singing in church and a local government fired a coach for praying, we helped defeat these anti-Christian efforts – including at the Supreme Court. But we knew this was just the first salvo of the coming war on faith.

Now a church in Virginia is being banned from using its own property for worship and other ministry. Scripture says, "on this rock I will build my church" (Matthew 16:18), but the county said, not on this property. Why? Because the church won't get a liquor license. It's absurd, but the trial court threw out the church's case.

TODAY, we are presenting our critical oral argument in federal appeals court to defend this church.

We also just appealed a critical prayer case to the U.S. Supreme Court and now the Court just granted the atheists an extension to file their response.

We're battling anti-Christian forces (including taxpayer-funded ones) in numerous cases to defend the Church and prayer. As we present oral arguments in federal appeals court TODAY, we urgently need your support.
