John, Hey, every House Democrat recently voted against legislation requiring a school to have informed parental consent regarding sexual orientation or gender identity. The Democrats agenda is nothing short of insanity and a blatant attack on parental rights. Before the vote, Governor Glenn Youngkin, said, “kids don’t belong to the state” and that “important decisions must involve parents.” I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been proud to work with Governor Youngkin in the State Senate to ensure parents have a say in their kids' education and I look forward to carrying his message to Washington to protect parents, children, and families. |
This might be the best example of why we need to regain a majority in the House. On day one in Congress, Republicans will move to pass the Parents' Bill of Right which will recover lost learning from school closures, and expand parental choice so over a million students can receive the education their parents know is best. We cannot let the Left drown out parents’ voices in decisions involving their own children. I hope you’ll join me in stopping them. |
