2019 has been an extraordinary year for kids and families at Graham!

With your help: 

• Graham provided life-changing services to 4,128 children, young people, and parents across New York City
• 99% of families in our foster care prevention program were able to keep their families intact through family support services
• 97 kids in foster care reunited with their families within a year of entering foster care, and 23 kids were adopted into loving families (making Graham the top ranked organization in New York City in ensuring safe, loving, and permanent homes for kids in foster care) 
• 92% of young people in the Graham SLAM education and career support program graduated from high school by age 21 (compared with 22% of young people across the New York City foster care system)

This coming year, we are looking to go even further in helping more kids and families to fulfill their potential.
