Fellow Conservative,
Politicians are focused on their political campaigns right now, but Biden’s cabinet and team of bureaucrats are still in Washington, enacting new regulations—trying to tell Americans how to live their lives. The D.C. bureaucratic state is an unelected legislature—effectively passing laws with little accountability.
But you and I can provide that accountability! Taking 2 minutes to submit a public comment on a regulation builds momentum, can delay its implementation, and supports any court cases against it.
Here’s what just happened…
The
Biden bureaucracy has just proposed two new regulations specifically targeting small businesses and independent workers. This is especially terrible timing considering the economic troubles of many Americans.
That’s why we need you, the grassroots, to submit a comment <[link removed]> and oppose these regulations.
Biden’s regulations take aim at the “gig economy” <[link removed]> forcing independent, and self-employed workers to enter into an employer-employee relationship with their clients. This removes the appeal of independent work and threatens to destroy millions of jobs as such a transition will not be feasible for many.
Not only that, but Biden has taken aim at franchises <[link removed]> by redefining “joint-employer”. The end effect of this new rule is that it would turn the 750,000 independent franchise owners into middle management for a corporation and jeopardize the 8.4 million jobs maintained by the franchise business model.
There are a lot of details to these rules and their effects, but the most important thing to keep in mind is that these rules favor a stringent, dated, and restrictive view of work at the expense of innovative, flexible, and nuanced options.
Learn more about these rules and submit a comment on each one HERE! <[link removed]> In the middle of an economic struggle, restrictions and regulations are the last thing we need.
You can help your fellow Americans by taking TWO minutes to submit TWO comments—one on each of Biden’s new regulations.
