Dear John,
Today, hate did not win.
Adidas formally severed ties with Kanye West (“Ye”) after weeks of Ye spewing vitriolic antisemitic remarks across social media and on other forums. Today’s news came on the heels of Balenciaga, CAA talent agency, the Gap and others terminating their relationship with Ye in previous days.
When we come together to act, we can make a difference. Thank you to the almost 20,000 people who sent letters to Adidas asking them to condemn antisemitism and re-evaluate their partnership with Ye.
Keep Fighting
In just two weeks, on November 10, you can join us in New York City for Never Is Now, the world’s largest annual summit on antisemitism and hate. Come together with thousands in our global community to tackle crucial conversations, engage with other activists, leaders and experts, and take action that will create meaningful change.
We need supporters like you in the room to speak out and act. We hope you will join us as we continue to fight antisemitism, bigotry and all forms of hate and together say, “Never Is Now.”
Sincerely, |
