Can we count you in? Indivisibles,
Nationwide immigration rallies. The Mueller hearings. A growing call in the House for impeachment proceedings. So much has happened since the Democratic candidates for president stood on the same stage last month for the very first debates of this election. We were thrilled that Indivisibles across the country tuned in together to watch the inaugural debates -- and we’re even more excited to do it again this month!
This week’s debates are set for 8pm Eastern Time / 5pm Pacific Time on Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31 in Detroit, and Indivisible groups have already planned nearly 100 watch parties for both evenings 🎉These events are a great way not just to experience the debates in excellent company, but also to meet other activists who are committed to building a better future, and find out the best ways you can get more involved in your community. There’s never been a more important moment for you to get to know Indivisibles in your area, whether you’re just meeting them for the first time, you’re a long-time member and activist, or anywhere in between.
Without further adieu, please find your cordial invitation below...

And before your party begins, don’t forget:
- Read through our 2020 grassroots playbook, which includes our debate watch workbook, resources on our top priority issues, and more. Check back Monday for our updated debate watch workbook, including what we’ll be watching for on stage in Detroit -- and print it out before Tuesday, or use it as a fillable PDF on your computer during the debates!
- Tweet us your photos, questions and 🔥hot takes🔥 throughout the night using the hashtag #IndivisibleDebate, and tag us @IndivisibleTeam.
And remember: though we may have different #1 picks, the thing that ties all the work that Indivisibles have been doing for the last two (or more!) years together is defeating Donald Trump in 2020. Whether it’s protesting his administration’s concentration camps or engaging with candidates’ plans and positions, Indivisibles across the country are taking action to weaken Trump and make sure we come out of the primary with a strong Democratic nominee who can win the election. And demonstrating that we are watching and engaging in these debates is a critical way we can flex our political power, and make sure the candidates know that we are ready to #DoTheWork to win next November.
Hope you can join us!
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
