Last night, Governor DeSantis took the debate stage against Charlie Crist – going head-to-head on the top issues Floridians are facing.
With every question, Governor DeSantis delivered logic, facts, and his record of success, while Charlie relied on dodging questions, rewriting history, and out-right lying to get through the hour.
Charlie Crist knows he can’t debate on merits alone, so he resorts to dirty tricks and tactics to distract from the fact that he simply has no real plan or agenda of his own and is merely a vessel for the Biden Regime.
Right now, out-of-touch millionaire donors are pouring money into Charlie’s campaign hoping to flip Florida blue and allow Charlie Crist to hand over the keys to the failed Biden administration.
Make no mistake, John, if the far-Left takes control of Florida, they will do to Florida what Joe Biden has done to America.
Over the course of the night, Charlie cemented for Floridians that:
▪️ He votes 100% of the time with Joe Biden, and like the rest of the Democrats, he wants the government to control your kids. If it were up to Charlie, Florida schools would subject students to forced COVID jabs and indoctrination with woke ideologies.
▪️ If it were up to Charlie, Florida would be a sanctuary state. He cares more about advancing Biden’s open border agenda than keeping Floridians safe.
▪️ Charlie’s jailbreak agenda is in lockstep with the radical pro-crime views of Soros-affiliated prosecutors who are allowing criminals to wreak havoc in cities across our nation. His rejection of law and order would put Floridians in danger.
▪️ Charlie spent the last two years serving as a rubber stamp for the Biden Regime and wants nothing more than to bring the Biden Regime’s destructive policies to Florida.
What's more, John, Charlie only showed up to work 14 days this year, because he isn’t interested in performing the duties of the many offices he has run for in his political career spanning five decades. How many jobs pay you $174,000 a year to only show up to work 14 days??
Not surprising coming from Biden’s biggest cheerleader.
Throughout the night, Charlie dutifully played his role as a political puppet for the Biden Regime.
Since day one of his campaign, Charlie has praised Biden’s failed policies and declared at every opportunity that he considers Joe Biden the “greatest president of our lifetime” — yes, the same Biden who has been plunging our country into a downward spiral since he took office.
Charlie made clear that, if elected, he will continue to take his orders from a puppet who can hardly read from a teleprompter.
Truth be told, John, I’m wary of any candidate who matches Biden’s agenda, rhetoric, and confused, empty gaze. I think I can speak for most Floridians when I say they don’t want another Joe Biden running this state.
My opponent talked a lot about decency, John, I’m not really sure what’s decent about locking people in their homes, destroying their businesses, and keeping children out of school.
Aside from comparing himself to Tom Brady and Jesus Christ, I can’t think of anything more ridiculous than Charlie Crist asking Floridians to trust him.
In the end, Charlie lost the fight to shut down schools, lost the fight to shut down businesses, lost the fight to lock people in their homes, and now, we need to come together as Floridians to deliver him a loss in his latest bid for the governor’s office.
