This debate is our best chance to show them where we stand on the issues facing our Central Valley and High Desert communities.

From protecting our democracy to funding our schools to protecting the right to choose, what I’m fighting for in this campaign resonates with the majority of voters in our district. Kevin McCarthy, on the other hand, is radically out of step.

The fact is that once this debate is over, we have to make sure we have the resources to challenge any attacks McCarthy throws our way in the final few days of this race. So when I step onto that debate stage tomorrow night, I need to know we have the resources to respond.
