I’ve said it over and over, team: Our democracy is on the line in this election. We simply cannot afford to sit on the sidelines.

Governor Steve Sisolak is one of the NDRC’s Democracy Defenders because he’s a pro-democracy candidate who will protect voting rights and our elections.

But experts say that this race is a dead heat! The polls show that Steve’s opponent, Joe Lombardo, is one point ahead of Steve.

We know that Steve can win. The path to protecting democracy runs through Nevada – so we need to make winning in this race a top priority.

If we want to protect democracy, we have to DO democracy, in every sense. Yes, voting is important – but it’s not enough.
