Our extensive voter turnout operation in 2020 was directly responsible for
flipping both Georgia Senate seats.

Because of this, Bernie Sanders became the Chairman of the Budget
Committee instead of Lindsey Graham and pushed to make legislation as
progressive as possible.

While we couldn’t push critical pieces of our agenda over the finish line
because of two corporate Democrats, we were able to make gains that would
be completely reversed in a Senate controlled by Mitch McConnell.

If we can elect progressive champions like John Fetterman and Mandela
Barnes, we could cancel out the influence of Manchin and Sinema and build
on our work for real structural change.
