Have you received your mail-in ballot yet? I received mine last week, and most Coloradans should have their ballot by now.

My job as AG is to defend the rights of Coloradans, improve public safety and our criminal justice system, and protect our land, air, and water. I’ve detailed that work in my Boulder Daily Camera op-ed and made my closing argument on those points at the recent 9News AG debate.

Over the last four years, I’ve gone to court time and again to defend our rights, including our rights to vote, to affordable health care, and to legal and safe abortion care. I’ve also defended the right to fair treatment of workers, housing tenants, and consumers. Because of our work, we brought back over $230 million to Coloradans in the form of refunds and student debt relief. We also secured over $520 million for Colorado to address the opioid crisis by taking on the big drug companies that fueled it.

In my first term as Attorney General, I’ve been busy. And there’s much more to do in a second term. Together, we’ll continue to defend Coloradans’ rights, advance public safety, and protect our land, air, and water.
