Following multiple instances of voter intimidation at drop boxes in Arizona, the Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans and Voto Latino filed a lawsuit against the right-wing vigilantes intimidating voters. [link removed]
On Friday, Oct. 21, the Nevada Supreme Court partially granted an emergency petition filed by the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada and a voter challenging aspects of Nye County’s ballot counting process. [link removed]
On Tuesday, Oct. 18, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) signed a bill into law that will better protect the voter information of victims of sexual violence. [link removed]
