My neighborhood is Arkansas — every last street and every single county.

The best way to get to know someone is by walking a mile in their shoes, and that’s why our campaign has visited Arkansans in every county across the state (twice, in fact!).

Just how much walking did we do? On both our statewide tours, we walked a grand total of 2,896,400 steps! And we were joined by our teachers, first responders, students, and countless others who agree it’s about time for a change. We're serious about inviting every Arkansan to the table so that we can create a shared vision for the future of our state, and there’s your proof.

Our next governor needs to be someone who can bring us forward to where Arkansas needs to be, not drag us back to the past. That’s why I’m confident that with Faith, Hope, and Hard Work, we can begin moving this state forward — together. 

Can you chip in today and help take our campaign all the way to the governor’s office? With just a couple weeks to go and with the polls tightening, anything you can spare would make a real difference.

What’s my biggest takeaway from walking all over Arkansas twice? We’ve got so much more in common than most folks would realize. Our state is filled with people of all backgrounds just looking to reach their highest potential — hardworking men and women, brilliant boys and girls, extraordinary people from all walks of life — if only they could get just a little bit of help.

But you wouldn’t get that impression from my opponent Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Her message of fear and division is how we’ve gotten here in the first place, and Arkansas can’t stand it any longer — not if we’re serious about a new future for our state. It’s clear her brand of politics won’t help anyone but herself and her dark-money megadonors, and that’s a recipe for disaster.

I’ve said it before: Our state deserves a governor willing to walk in the shoes of its people, and my family has known for over 200 years just what that’s like. I’m excited to help unlock the Promise of Arkansas for everyone, but we’ve still got some major work to do in these last 15 days before Election Day. I’m not letting up until the polls close on November 8, and I hope you’ll be with me every step of the way.

So please chip in anything you can to our campaign for governor right away. The election is right around the corner, and we’re committed to maximizing every second we’ve got — and walking in every voters’ shoes.
