Shapiro raised pennies from Pennsylvanians. Here’s where his Dark Money did come from:
- Eye-poppingly huge donations of $100k+ from America-hating, Far-Left Dark Money billionaires… including $120,000 just from the family of George Soros…
…who was instrumental in funding the Pro-Crime “progressive prosecutors” that have turned our streets over to criminals. (No wonder he loves Shapiro.)
- The MAJORITY of Shapiro’s donations poured in from out-of-state… from deep-pocketed union bosses, radical activist groups, and shadowy “climate” slush funds who expect him to do their bidding.
- (Just to make it clear: the vast, vast majority of Doug’s fundraising comes from small-dollar gifts… and from actual Pennsylvanians… because that’s who Doug fights for.)
But let me be clear, John… how Shapiro spent his money is even wilder.
Shapiro’s travel expenses are fit for a king:
- $163,000 on private jets... to fly him to all those out-of-state fundraisers,
- $5,200 for a 5-star Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle and $4,815 for a Four Seasons near San Francisco… where he lined his pockets with Big Tech money.
- (Meanwhile, Doug travels in a camper, not by private jet, because his campaign events are in Pennsylvania, not California’s Big Tech Boardrooms.)
And he managed to create some high-paying jobs… for out-of-state political hacks:
- $3.3 million to an Iowa-based “digital consulting” agency,
- $593,000 to a New York City “strategy group.”
- (Here on Team Mastriano, we hire Pennsylvanians… our yard sign company, our printing house, our campaign consultants, you name it… all based right here in PA.)
It’s about 11,000 more pages of that, John, but you get the picture… and the differences could not be more stark:
- Josh Shapiro represents Out-of-State billionaires… who want to buy the Pennsylvania Governorship, gut our energy sector, destroy our livelihoods, and corrupt our election system in 2024.
- Doug Mastriano represents the people of Pennsylvania… who just want a better life and more opportunity here in the state we love.
