John Hoeven's insider trading actions are borderline and deserve greater scrutiny.

Hi ,

In case you missed it, Business Insider rated every member of Congress on their financial conflicts and transparency.

John Hoeven was given a yellow rating for his insider trading activities and for his senior staffer who violated the federal conflict-of-interest law known as the STOCK Act. Yellow means caution — their actions are borderline and deserve greater scrutiny.

North Dakota deserves better.

As your Senator, I will make support efforts to eliminate trading by members of Congress and restore North Dakota's rating to green.

I would be honored to represent you in the US Senate and restore integrity for North Dakota's elected representation.

During the BEK TV interview when John Hoeven was a no show, the interviewers asked me what I would say to him.

"I'd ask him what he does all day."

He has time for insider trading but doesn't show up for debates or the people of North Dakota.
