Last week, the fundraising report that Ken Calvert submitted to FEC went public. We dove in and noticed a number of concerning tidbits -- one in particular really highlights Calvert’s attitude toward Donald Trump's big lie about election fraud.

According to Calvert's filings, his personal leadership PAC sent cash to a far-right Republican candidate for Congress in Wisconsin who participated in the "Stop the Steal" rallies in Washington on Jan 6.

As a quick refresher, Ken Calvert voted against certifying the presidential election results in Arizona and Pennsylvania despite zero evidence of fraud. After the deadly attack on Jan 6, Calvert also voted against forming a commission to investigate what happened. He even went so far as saying that he hoped the charges against those responsible "would be dropped."

Calvert's trying to hide his extremism, but here's the truth: He backed Trump's lie before Jan 6. He downplayed the attack and tried to obstruct accountability. Now, it's clear he wants to elect more insurrectionists to join him in Congress.
