While NYC Public School District 3 in Manhattan has been deeply segregated for years, we’ve addressed this issue head-on, and made some progress in the southern part of the district. Achieving equity in education has been elusive, and is a citywide problem. Community leaders have grappled with this issue for decades.

That’s why 'Equity in Education' is the topic of our 3rd Rosenthal Roundtable. As I’ve learned from colleagues in Central Brooklyn and Southeast Queens, the road to equity is multi-layered and not always obvious. I'm looking forward to the discussion!
