I'm turning 78 tomorrow, friend. There are a lot of things I could ask for, but all I want for my birthday is to KEEP THE DAMN SENATE BLUE!

I've been in politics a LOOOONG time, and I've seen a lot of s&#$, pardon my French. But I've never – NEVER – seen a Republican Party as bananas as this one. 

Right now, their number one priority is taking back the Senate so they can enact Mitch McConnell's destructive, extremist agenda. Then they'll get to destroying our democracy: 

* A national ban on abortion and the end of reproductive freedom in America.


* Cuts to Social Security, Medicare and other programs American families rely on.


* Stripping back voting rights and undermining faith in our elections – with the ultimate goal of destroying our democracy for their political gain.


Let me be clear: If the GOP wins control of the Senate, we're screwed. The bat-sh*t crazy GOP will be more radical, relentless and reckless than ever before in their efforts to take away our rights and end our democracy.
