John, everything is on the line this election.

If we lose eastern Connecticut, we risk turning the House over to Kevin McCarthy and his obstructionist anti-Social Security agenda. McCarthy has made it clear that he will use a government shutdown and credit default as a sledgehammer to cut Social Security and Medicare.

Losing also means sending a McCarthy yes-man to Washington to put his rubber stamp on the radical right’s anti-American agenda, opening the door to a nationwide abortion ban, higher prescription drug prices, weakened voting laws, and so much more.

John, the radical right knows that their path to control of Congress runs through eastern Connecticut. We have to keep our community away from the most extreme factions of the Republican party who want to rip this country apart. But we can’t keep eastern Connecticut and the House blue without your help.
