We’re still facing a shortfall between what we had budgeted for and our fundraising projections through Election Day. With Early Voting under way and only 15 days until the election, we’re hoping that you will make your first contribution to help defeat Greg Abbott and elect Beto.
If we don’t see a major influx in grassroots contributions, the unfortunate reality is that we’ll have to start making budget cuts at the most important moment of the campaign. But since Greg Abbott is outspending us on advertising, we really don’t want to have to cut any of our critical GOTV plans.
It’s no exaggeration to say that lives are on the line with the outcome of this election, John. We must do everything in our power to elect Beto.
