Hi, I’m Adam Laxalt, and this is my story.
|
I didn’t know who my father was. I was born to a single mother in the 1970s. She was in her early 20s, had no college degree, and faced enormous pressure to not bring me into this world. But through faith, she chose to give me the chance to live, and I’ll be forever grateful for that opportunity.
|
Although my childhood wasn’t always easy, my experiences shaped me into the person I am today. I learned the power of faith and the importance of family and community. Without these things, there is no way I could’ve accomplished everything that I have.

After 9/11 attacks, I joined the US Navy – I always knew I wanted to serve my country, but after that date, I knew I needed to act. As a Naval Officer and Iraq Veteran, I served in detainee operations and assisted in the detention and prosecution of more than 20,000 detainees.

Nothing made me prouder than keeping my fellow Americans safe by assisting with the prosecution of thousands of war criminals and terrorists.
After finishing my active duty service, I decided to get married and start my family. But I knew I wasn’t done serving and protecting our country. In 2015, I became Nevada’s Attorney General, where I fought against President Obama by suing over federal overreach. I fought for the Constitution.

Today I live in Reno with my wife, Jaime, and four kids. They’re the reason I’m running for US Senate.
I believe our country is fighting a battle between good and evil, and right now it seems the wrong side is winning. But I believe America is worth saving, and I know you do too.
That’s why I’m asking you to join my team and fight with me to restore conservative leadership in Washington. Together we can take this country back, but we must act now. Please, step up now before it’s too late.
