This note is to share the latest WG Discussion Points by Republican
pollster David Winston.

On Wednesday, [4]President Biden announced further steps on gas prices
including the release of 15 million barrels from the Strategic Petroleum
Reserve. Touting recent declines in gas prices, he said "Now it's down
about $1.15 a gallon from their peak during the summer...Gas prices have
come down, and they continue to come down again." He acknowledged that
"they're not falling fast enough," calling on oil companies to produce
more.
