REGISTER   Arlington County Future of Outdoor Dining Study Arlington County has extended the Future of Outdoor Dining (FOOD) Study survey period until November 4 to solicit more feedback. The FOOD study will be used to draft a framework on how to incorporate lessons learned from the temporary outdoor seating areas (TOSAs) on a permanent basis once the six-month window ends in February 2023. The Chamber encourages all members and all Arlington residents to fill out the feedback form and explain the benefits of flexibility that TOSAs gave to restaurants and the benefits to the community of making that flexibility permanent going forward. The County will host two virtual roundtable meetings to seek feedback on TOSAs and outdoor dining on October 27 and November 3. The County is expecting to release a Draft Framework in November.
