Friends, “the Election” is on November 8. But voting is happening now. Each day thousands of ballots are being turned in — and thousands more ballots are being forgotten under piles of mail.

I’ve worked in politics a long time, and I can’t begin to count the number of people who have told me they just forgot to vote. Truly! And they would have voted for the Democrats if they’d been reminded a) that there was an election, and b) what was at stake. We have got to execute a massive get out the vote program if we want to protect our Democratic House Majority, democracy, and basic civil rights.
