Friends — Ilhan’s #1 focus is on serving Minnesota’s 5th District and getting out the vote for progressives up and down the ballot — not hosting fancy fundraisers or making calls to mega-donors.

For the past few weeks, Ilhan’s schedule has been filled with get-out-the-vote events, standing in solidarity with workers, and conversations with her constituents. It’s thanks to grassroots supporters pitching in to emails like this one that she can focus on building progressive power.

But we need to continue staying on track in our fundraising to power our organizing work through Election Day so Ilhan can keep prioritizing her fight for bold, progressive change. After conservative super PACs poured in hundreds of thousands of dollars at the last minute to defeat Ilhan in her primary — which nearly worked — we know we can’t afford to let our fundraising slow down for even a second.
