Hi there, it’s Izzy. In a moment I’m going to ask you to chip in to help Jared close out the final stretch of his campaign strong.

But first, I wanted to write to you about the attack ads that are distorting Jared’s voting record and trying to mislead Maine voters.

As you know if you have spent any time in front of a screen recently, the airwaves are saturated with these negative ads. This is because outside groups that just don’t know Jared – or Maine – are spending millions of dollars to try and influence the results of this election. And they’ve resorted to spreading lies to do it.

They did it in 2018. They did it in 2020. And now, they’re spending more than they ever have before.

Here’s the truth about Jared: From day one in Congress, Jared has fought to…

→ Support a woman’s right to make private decisions about her own body and has voted twice to codify Roe v. Wade. He remains committed to finding a legislative path forward to protect a woman’s right to make her own private health care decisions.
→ Protect Social Security and Medicare so that those who work hard and pay into the system get back what they’ve earned.
→ Create good-paying jobs right here in Maine, which in turn supports our small businesses.
→ Lower the cost of prescription drugs so that no one has to pay an arm and a leg to get the medication they need.
→ Increase VA funding to help our veterans transition from military to civilian life.
→ Get big money out of politics to reduce the influence of special interests and large corporations in our elections.

It’s going to take a strong grassroots movement to push back against the attack ads and remind people who Jared really is – someone who has the best interests of Mainers at heart with every action (and every vote) he takes. That is why I’m asking for your help today.
