Becca is a former middle school teacher currently serving in the Vermont State Senate as the President Pro Tempore. Through her leadership in the Senate, Becca helped pass paid family leave, increase the minimum wage, bold climate action, and the most progressive reproductive freedom legislation in the country.

And in 16 days, she will become the first openly gay woman elected to Congress from Vermont.
