Unfortunately, this doesn't come as a surprise. Opponents of democracy spread falsehoods about and made threats against polling places and election workers in 2020, and we fully expected them to do so again.

That's exactly why we've made defending poll workers and our election infrastructure a core component of our strategy this year. Because as A.G. Holder has said, "in order to protect democracy, we have to do democracy."

But doing this work across 17 target states takes a lot of resources. So we're counting on grassroots supporters like you to help us make sure we can put every part of our strategy into place and protect every part of our election infrastructure.
