Friend,
Bend the Arc is teaming up with Durham For All to help get Cheri
Beasley elected to the US Senate for the state of North Carolina.
The polls show that she has a real chance at winning this
race—but only if Democrats get out and vote. She needs people
like you to textbank for her so she can make history as North
Carolina's first Black senator!
Let’s help flip this swing state seat from red to blue by
talking to voters.

Beasley has served the people of North Carolina as a public
defender and judge, and was the first Black woman to be Chief Justice
of the North Carolina Supreme Court. She's fighting for civil rights,
access to health care for all Americans, and protecting reproductive
freedoms.
She is running for the open US Senate seat against
Congressman Ted Budd, who voted against gun control
and touts extreme anti-abortion views. He has also called January 6
rioters "patriots" and just last month, he refused to say whether he
will accept the results of this November’s election if he
loses.1 😨That’s just malarkey—we
must stop someone like that from joining the Senate!
Text messaging enables Beasley's campaign to reach voters without
Internet access and young people who may not be on social media.
