This coming Wednesday, Kevin McCarthy is going to have to get on stage to debate me. But before that happens, I want to share a fun fact you may not know about Kevin McCarthy:
Kevin McCarthy lives just a few streets from me -- his kids actually went to high school with mine.
It’s easy for some to buy into McCarthy’s “bigshot” aurora when they see him shaking hands with Donald Trump or giving interviews on TV. But to me, he’s no big thing. I’m not intimidated by him or this debate. In fact, I’m probably more confident going into this than any big wig in Washington!
I’m looking forward to holding McCarthy accountable. This debate will be about the communities he’s left behind while defending Donald Trump and his big corporate donors. He’s not interested in improving the Central Valley. He’s in this for his own political benefit, and I’m ready to expose him.
